Dear Anthony,

I took the opportunity to thank Mary and her team while our guests were present because we were genuinely overwhelmed at the quality experience we had in Fota House yesterday. The layout of the room was perfect, the food was exquisite and the service was impeccable. Mary was outstanding: welcoming and friendly and managing the whole event with care and attention. The team was pleasant and efficient and of course our compliments go to the chef for preparing a divine and mouth-watering lunch. They say the best publicity is word of mouth and I have no hesitation in recommending Fota House as an excellent venue for special occasions - you certainly made what was a special day for us even more special.
